The "Haus Lechthal" in Emilia Seiler's hometown of Landsberg is one of the Bavarian youth homes founded in accordance with the "Home instead of detention" guidelines she established. Emilia Seiler - a consultant at the Bavarian Ministry of Social Affairs - travels from Munich to celebrate its tenth anniversary. The celebrations end with a scandal.
